About me

While my corporate career hasn’t followed a traditional path, I consider myself a collaborative, commercially astute, and action-oriented leader, who has a proven track record of driving benefits-led organisational change, process improvement, and digital transformation programs within large, complex, and heavily regulated operating environments. During the past 5+ years with Origin Energy, I have developed and executed benefits-led organisational change management programs, engaging cross-functional employees at all levels in streamlining and simplifying systems, processes, and ways of working, to drive cohesion and business effectiveness.

We are on the journey to successfully merge Origin’s Corporate and Retail divisions to leverage efficiencies and I have championed the development of agile, continuous improvement culture across the organisation. I am passionate about Sport and Community. Alongside my corporate career, I have contributed as a Director, President and Chair of the Board of various not-for-profit community Sports organisations. In my current role as Director and Chair of the Board at Little Athletics Victoria, I have influenced significant uplift in Board capability and organisational effectiveness, embedding robust governance and performance frameworks to inform data-driven strategy that has positioned the organisation for sustainable growth.
