About me

  • International Experience

Throughout school I always loved maths and science while having a want to make the world a better place. It came to choosing my university course and I felt medicine made the most sense. My grandfather and mum always told me that I would love Engineering, but I could never really understand it or see myself in the field. After consideration I realised Medicine may not be the right career for me, I changed my course to Engineering and Biomedical Science. I instantly loved engineering and knew it was the right choice for me.

I always stood out in my course and was so different to my peers, but it worked in my favour as I was unique and shared an individual perspective. Throughout my course I did a semester abroad in the US and had both career related and non-career related jobs. I found a passion for the environment and decided that was going to be my way of having a career that has a positive impact on the world.
