About me

  • Regional Background

Some people know exactly what they want to do after school – some don’t. I thought I did, starting a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Management, but soon discovered my passion lay in project management. While working in estate management, I gained experience in sales strategies, budget management, estate maintenance, and civil construction.

I transitioned into delivering large industrial estates, then into affordable housing during a critical time in the Territory. My role spanned site acquisition, consultant engagement, design, marketing, sales, construction oversight, and financial control.

To complement my experience, I completed a post-graduate degree in Project Management while working full-time. More recently, I’ve led major land release strategies with the NT Land Corporation and now lead masterplanned residential development with Urbex.

With over 15 years in property and project roles across public and private sectors, my strengths include mentoring, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and business development.

About my role

  • Analytical
  • Confident
  • Focused
  • Passionate
  • Reliable

As Regional Project Director with Urbex in the NT I lead the acquisition, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, financial feasibility and contract management of Urbex's NT operations. The role involves overseeing and managing multiple projects at one time, making important decisions and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. As a Project Director in a residential development company, you work with many different people from engineers to contractors, to residents, landscape architects, councils and Government agencies to deliver neighbourhoods where people will live. If you enjoy solving complex problems whilst managing competing priorities and dealing with a range of different people to see something tangible (blocks of land and new homes!) delivered at the end, this is the job for you!
