A construction advisor acts as a critical link between senior engineers and subcontractors as well as other key stakeholders within a project, facilitating projects from commencement to completion.
• Communicate with the project manager, direct reports, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Follow drawings and specifications to complete the project as designed
• Ensure daily adherence to safety and quality standards on-site
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise on-site
• Plan upcoming tasks to keep the project on schedule
• Track and record daily costs for my work
