Jacqui Walters – Board Chair
Jacqui is a non-Executive Director of Port of Brisbane, Transurban Queensland and Slater & Gordon.
She chairs the Capital Structure and Major Projects Committee for Port of Brisbane and the Risk and Audit Committee for Transurban Queensland and Slater & Gordon.
Jacqui is also the National Rail Manufacturing Advocate reporting to the Assistant Minister for Manufacturing, Senator Tim Ayres.

Built on a foundation of science and STEM education, Val is an entrepreneur and social impact leader.
As a dedicated and innovative leader committed to closing the gender gap and removing geographical and socio economic education barriers, Val is passionate about the benefits of industry-education connections and ensuring young people have direct connections with the labour market.
To meet job and skill demands of the future world of work, Val believes it is essential for young people to expand their circle of influence informing their career thinking to include industry role-models outside of their geographic area.
Tanya Andrews – Founder and National Ambassador
Following on from a successful international strategic communication career, Tanya has spent the past 10 years applying her deep experience across gender equality, the education sector, communication and confidence skills to the development of a series of organisations committed to shaping the next generation of empowered women who will continue to break barriers and contribute meaningfully to male-dominated industries: Girl Shaped Flames, UNIQ You and Trellis Collective.
