I am a dedicated and compassionate education and youth support professional with extensive experience in student mentoring, case management, career pathway planning, and learning support. In my current role as a Link and Launch Coordinator with the Department of Education, I support young people to successfully transition from school into further study, training, or employment.

My background spans education, vocational training, and student support services, and I am passionate about helping young people recognise their strengths and achieve their goals. I enjoy providing tailored guidance, practical support, and connecting students with meaningful opportunities within their communities.

I am known for my strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to build positive relationships with students, educators, families, and industry partners. My focus is always on empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their future and supporting them to reach their full potential.

Link and Launch is a Queensland Department of Education role based in a state high school. It's core purpose is managing delivery of the Link and Launch program, engaging agencies, business, and industry partners and training organisations to secure pathways for the Year 12 completers at risk of not transitioning into work or further study. Coordinators run outreach and connect them with relevant information, support and helps young people navigate post-school study options.
