About me

All through high school I had no idea what I wanted to do but after completing a business diploma I realised, I wanted a career that blended creativity with analytical thinking and ultimately one day be a fearless boss lady. That led me to a double degree in business (marketing) and design (visual communication), where I discovered a love for graphic design and took on freelance branding projects.

Alongside this, I volunteered with St Vincent de Paul and worked at my university supporting students, which sparked a genuine passion for people and meaningful impact. Throughout university I explored marketing career paths through several internships however, it wasn’t until my business capstone unit solving a real client challenge that I discovered consulting. It brought together everything I value, problem-solving, creativity, and understanding people’s needs to drive meaningful change.

A business consultant is a professional who helps businesses solve complex problems and find smarter ways to work. They usually begin by researching and understanding a client's unique challenges, engaging with stakeholders and analysing data to uncover the root issues. They examine industry trends, organisational processes, and team dynamics to build a comprehensive picture of what's working and what isn't. From these insights, they craft tailored strategies that address specific needs and opportunities. Through clear communication and creative problem-solving, consultants translate complex findings into actionable recommendations. They guide implementation, helping teams adopt new approaches and make better decisions. The ultimate goal is driving meaningful change, enabling businesses to operate more efficiently, adapt to evolving markets, and achieve sustainable growth that aligns with their vision.
