About me

I am an Adventurist that can do anything I set my mind to. I’m excited about helping other females recognise the potential in themselves, in all aspects of their life.

I have been working in the Telecommunications Industry for over 25 years and I’m currently working as a Project Support Centre Manager on two key projects supporting the national broadband network. 

I’m really excited to mentor other girls and women to choose a path that is non-traditional, as it leads to fresh thinking and new ideas that can ensure success for both the individual and the company within these type of sectors.

This role is responsible for the functions that support the field teams to meet client requirements on two National Broadband Network projects. These include reporting, monitoring and measuring performance, onboarding and offboarding of subcontractors and internal workforce, Power, Land Access and Stakeholder Engagement (PLASE), Quality and Training and Systems Updates and Implementation.

The management of this significant portfolio requires the person in the role to have excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, time management and problem solving skills that enable her to review existing processes and continually improve where required.
