About me
Variety is the spice of life. Over the past 15 years, I have been lucky enough to manage projects across a variety of industries, in the private, academic and public sectors.
I am currently a Project Manager at Seqwater, South East Queensland's bulk water supplier. I deliver projects implemented to maintain our natural assets and infrastructure. Across the lifespan of my career as a Project Manager, I have delivered 71 projects with a combined value of $18.8 million. I am also the President of the Board of Directors of Finncare Inc., a not for profit aged care facility.

Each year, this role is given a portfolio of projects to manage. These projects are really diverse – building pipelines, changing valves, installing hydraulic diesel pumps and generators, restoring heritage listed houses, building recreation areas, restoring eroded riverbanks, demolishing water treatment plants as well as designing a water themed exhibition for the Queensland Museum. You get to travel all over South-East Queensland, scoping projects, managing contractors, sourcing resources and liaising with community stakeholders. This role is responsible for making sure that the project is run to time, doesn’t go over budget and that the right people are employed to work on the job.
